Registration

Online registration This registration website is for the 2009 Annual Reunion of Rotary International Past Officers to be held in San Diego at the Omni Hotel on January 17-19, 2009. The registration fee is US$185 for a Rotarian and US$90 for their Partner/Spouse. San Diego International Assembly Observer Registration: Past and present DGs can register as observers to the International Assembly for $65. It is too late to pre-register by mail, but you can register on-site in San Diego. Who is Registered? See the current registration lists below, to check if you or your friends are officially registered. The lists are updated real-time. All RI Presidents Directors Governors Alphabetical By District By Class By Country    If you registered and do not see your name on the registration lists, contact us to check the status of your transaction. Registration by Mail Preferred registration is online registration. However, if you do not want or are unable to use the online registration system, you may download the registration form (or download it for a friend), print it, complete it, and mail it to the address on the form. You can pay with a credit card on the form, or send a check with the form.

Payment

Online (credit card) After your register online, you will be able to pay online with a credit card. Payments will be processed through a secure online payment system with D2G Online, and will appear on your credit card statement as "D2G Online". 5% Registration Cancellation Fee before January 1, 2009. No Refunds after January 1, 2009. By Mail (credit card or check) If you do not want or cannot pay online, you may send your check or credit card information by mail to the address below. You may still register online (just select the "Pay by Mail" option after you register), or you can send your registration information with your payment using the registration form above. Make checks payable to "Rotary International Past Officers Reunion". If you register online, send your registration number with your payment. Airport Transportation The Omni is 3.79 miles from the Airport and only about 1 mile from the train station. The total cost for a cab should be less than $15 including tip. ($2.30 per mile + $2.20 pick up fee) Local Information The Omni is located in the heart of San Diego, very close to the bay, restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. San Diego's historic downtown is called the Gaslamp Quarter. Click here for more information on the Gaslamp Quarter.  Local Map      More Maps Transportation to the International Assembly The distance between the Omni (Past Officers Reunion) and Hyatt (International Assembly) is 0.67 miles. If you do not want to walk, here are 2 other options: Trolley fares between the Omni and the Hyatt are $1.50 one way. You can go from the "Gaslamp Quarter" stop to the "Seaport Village" stop on the Orange Line. Click here for more information. Bicycle cabs are available between the Omni and the Hyatt for about $5.00 a person (negotiable with the peddler). Some prefer this method of transportation because the drop off is closer to the hotel than the trolley. The trolley stop is across the street from the International Assembly.
